Kargo Food Hall Launching Soon!
Very exciting times coming, as the latest venture from owners of Cutlery Works and The GPO is soon to open in MediaCity in Manchester! This is due to be one of their biggest venues yet, with up to 20 vendors, indoor and outdoor space, loads of seating, and a brand new set of vendors to occupy the space.
A few fan favourites are returning in Kargo, such as Whats Your Beef (from Sale FoodHall), House of Habesha (Sale/Stretford FoodHall), and Tang (from Cutlery Works and The GPO). Of course, the house-run bar is returning as well, offering seasonal cocktails, craft beer, a huge wine selection, and more.
Technology-wise, Kargo is going with a very similar setup to Cutlery Works, with Lightspeed K-Series, Stampede CRM and WiFi, a table ordering app, and Nory for their vendor reporting, stock management, staff management and purchase ordering.
